At Treweek Construction, we proudly offer two distinct and thoughtfully curated pricing lines: our Access Homes and our Premiere Homes. Our Access line features well-designed entry-level homes that range up to just over 2,000 square feet, providing a perfect balance of comfort and functionality. These Access plans maintain the same high structural integrity as our Premiere Homes but with fewer luxury features, delivering quality living spaces at an affordable and accessible price point.
In contrast, our Premiere Homes represent our more upscale and upgraded collection, boasting spacious layouts that extend beyond 3,500 square feet. These Premiere Homes not only showcase a higher level of craftsmanship and attention to detail but also offer extensive opportunities for customization and modifications to the base floor plans. Clients have the freedom to select from a wide variety of modern, sleek finishes and a diverse array of options, enabling them to tailor their home to perfectly suit their unique tastes, preferences, and lifestyle needs.
